About the framework

NeuroRelational Belonging Theory™ is a framework developed at SoundHeart. Where this site describes its propositions, they are presented as the framework's interpretations and hypotheses. They have not yet been independently tested as a complete model.

About the Belonging Quiz

The Belonging Quiz is a reflection tool based on the framework. It is not a validated clinical instrument and cannot diagnose any condition. Results describe patterns to explore, not facts about who you are.

Clinical and non-clinical services

Licensed clinical services are provided only to clients who are physically located in Alaska or Ohio at the time of each session. Coaching, training, and retreats are non-clinical and available in every state and abroad. Coaching, training, and retreats are not therapy and do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

No guaranteed outcomes

Counseling, intensives, retreats, coaching, and training can be meaningful, but every person and relationship is different. We cannot promise any specific result.

Professional judgment

If you already work with a doctor, therapist, or other professional, talk with them before making changes based on anything you read here.
